Home of "Addie" the Cow!
Because of COVID this year, the 2020 Fairest of the Fair, Anna Kitzarow, and her attendant, Emma Sanderson, visited with "Addie" the Cow at Farm Wisconsin Discovery Center where she is on vacation. They created a virtual presentation with "Addie" to share online during the time we should have all been at the Sheboygan Co Fair.
The Sheboygan County Dairy Promotion Association was among 15 non-profit organizations honored to receive a donation from the Cleveland State Bank. The gift originated from a grant from Federal Home Loan Bank of Chicago to CSB. The grant matched the funds to total $40,000 of which the SCDPA received $4,000. Joining in the celebration were President Tim Schuler, Tom Hansen, and Zack Lensmire from CSB. CEO Patty Lehn and Katie Kracht of Farm Wisconsin Discovery Center joined the party. Representing the SCDPA were President Dave TenDolle and the three Dairy ambassadors Marlene Kammann, Jill Huenink and Terry Mentink. In a year, when we were unable to promote dairy on a limited basis, we are grateful that CSB chose us to share.
About Us
The Sheboygan County Dairy Promotion Association board of directors hold monthly meetings for the board and an annual meeting in February for county dairy farmers and volunteers. The board consists of nine dairy farmers and agri business persons elected to a three year term. All Sheboygan County Dairy Farmers are considered members and encouraged to participate in the events of the organization. Our organization works closely with the Wisconsin organization "Dairy Farmers of Wisconsin" , the UW Extension and community agri- businesses in their promotional efforts. The board empowers a dairy ambassador team to help facilitate classroom education and community dairy promotion activities

It is the mission of the Sheboygan County Dairy Promotion Association, a non profit organization, to partner with the dedicated dairy farm families of Sheboygan County and Wisconsin to positively promote Wisconsin's dairy industry and the outstanding dairy products it produces.
